Refund and Returns Policy

The following return policy applies to all services offered by Elite Services 4 You and its subsidiaries

Cancellation

If you wish to request a cancellation after placing your order, please do this as soon as possible. For Translations the following applies, if a translator has not been assigned to your project and/or a translator has NOT started your project I will issue a 100% refund. But if I have already engaged a translator, then I’m no longer able to accept your cancellation request. In most cases, translations are started as soon as I/we receive your order. If I haven’t I will do a full refund.

Please make sure that you call and follow up with an email to request cancellation of service by sending an email to faviola@faviolavalencia.com You can also chat with us online or call our phone.

For cancellation of interpretation services: If you cancel within 48 hours of assignment time, I/we will deduct 50% of the total amount as cancellation charges and refund the remaining amount. If you cancel within 24 hours of assignment time, 100% cancellation fee applies for all cancelled appointments.

Interpreting Terms

Please remember interpreters will always limit themselves to provide verbal interpretations of what is being said for each appointment. They will not provide further explanation or give opinions, if you wish to have an explanation please provide it to the interpreter. As such, if context is required, it should only be for the purpose of choosing proper terms
